Heaven is not a wish granting factory. God,
Is not a genie in a bottle granting 3 wishes.
Your prayers are not just scented smoke
Blown by the wind and lost on their course.
They are invisible threads woven by angels
Into balls of precious yarn, presented to God,
For His wonderful delight.
And He untangles them, thread by thread.
Spins them into a blanket of answered prayers,
Beautiful beyond your most eloquent words put together.
Thus when He says the time is right,
Your blanket of silk will wrap you in endless testimony.
